These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and any purchase of products from AUREL, operated by Nova AI Solutions, 5715 Bd Métropolitain E, Unit 3033, Saint-Léonard, QC H1P 1X3, Canada. By accessing our site, placing an order, or checking the agreement box at checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.
2. Products and Pricing
All prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) as shown on the site. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, or discontinue any product at any time and for any reason, without liability. Product descriptions and images are provided for informational purposes; minor variations may exist between images and actual products.
3. Orders and Payment
An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case you will receive a full refund. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed. We accept all major credit cards and payment methods supported by Shopify Payments.
4. Shipping
Orders ship from the United States. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events outside our reasonable control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
5. Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee as described in our Refund Policy. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. We reserve the right to request proof of purchase and to deny refund requests that we reasonably believe are fraudulent, abusive, or made in bad faith.
6. Health & Safety Disclaimer
Our products are dietary supplements and cosmetic/topical products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and have not been evaluated by Health Canada or the FDA. Statements regarding potential benefits are based on ingredient research and customer experience; individual results vary and are not guaranteed.

If you submit a product review, testimonial, photo, or other content to us, you grant AUREL a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with marketing our products. You represent that any content you submit is truthful, accurate, and does not infringe on any third party's rights.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including logos, product names, images, and text, is the property of AUREL / Nova AI Solutions and is protected by Canadian copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our products and website are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our products will produce specific results, that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AUREL and Nova AI Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or related to your use of our products or website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total cumulative liability to you for any and all claims arising from or related to these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the product giving rise to the claim. 14. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disaster, labor dispute, supplier or carrier failure, pandemic, or governmental action.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AUREL regarding your use of our site and purchase of our products, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Montreal, Quebec, except where applicable consumer protection law provides otherwise.
18. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our site or any subsequent order constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
