At AUREL, we stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will make it right.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a refund or replacement. We do not require you to return the product. Simply contact us and we will resolve the issue promptly.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at aurelsupplements@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Your name and email used at checkout
- A brief description of the issue
We will respond within 1–2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Eligible Situations
- Product arrived damaged or defective
- Wrong item was received
- Package was lost in transit and not delivered
- You are unsatisfied with the results after consistent daily use for 30 days
Non-Eligible Situations
- Requests made more than 30 days after delivery
- Products purchased through unauthorized third-party resellers
- Situations where the product was misused or used contrary to the provided instructions
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please request a refund and place a new order.
Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving all issues quickly and fairly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in your account being flagged and future orders being declined.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will send a replacement at no cost to you or issue a full refund — your choice. Please email us with your order number and a photo of the damaged item if applicable.
